Next, please submit payment of your application fee using one of the following options:

2) Check - Make checks payable to The University of Alabama and mail to:

Once we receive your payment UA SafeState will begin processing your application. If it is determined that your application is not complete, UA SafeState will send you a notification and request for more information to the e-mail address or phone number that you have provided. Once it is determined that you have submitted a complete application and meet all of the accreditation requirements, you will be issued an Alabama Accreditation Certificate and photo identification card for the appropriate discipline(s).
Individual accreditation in a discipline expires one year from the last day of the individual's most recently completed training course or refresher training course for that discipline.
